Job summary

Automated Health Systems is hiring a Customer Service Representative in the Pittsburgh, PA area with remote/onsite options. You will assist individuals with benefits information, provide accurate and consistent guidance, and deliver high-quality support.

The role requires at least 2 years in a call center, knowledge of Medicaid preferred, strong PC skills, and a HS diploma or GED (Associates degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences). Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a call center environment.
• Experience in health/human services and Medicaid knowledge preferred.
• Strong PC proficiency required.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associates degree preferred in related field.
