Job summary

Automated Health Systems is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Pittsburgh, PA with remote/onsite flexibility. You will assist individuals with information and support regarding benefits, and provide accurate, consistent information while delivering high-quality customer service.

The role requires at least 2 years in a call center, PC proficiency, and a high school diploma; Medicaid knowledge is preferred and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a call center environment required.
• Experience in health/human services and knowledge of Medicaid preferred.
• Strong PC proficiency required.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associates Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
