Job summary

Uline is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative in Wisconsin to handle orders, provide product recommendations, and answer questions with confidence. This on-site role focuses on delivering legendary service and building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, provide product recommendations, and handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Become a product and solutions expert to answer questions quickly and confidently.
• Build relationships with customers and understand their needs to recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Assist customers in navigating Uline's website and online ordering.

Minimum Requirements
