Job summary

Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging, is hiring a Customer Service Representative at the Kenosha, WI location. Pay ranges from $27 to $32 per hour with a $2 shift differential, and the role emphasizes building customer relationships, delivering legendary service, and using strong training and tools to support long-term career success.

You will process orders, answer product and pricing questions, and help customers via phone, email and chat while growing your product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Be a product and solutions expert and answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
