Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, seeks a Customer Service Management Trainee in Kenosha, WI to gain on-the-job leadership skills at our state-of-the-art call center.

This full-time role offers 24/7 operation with set shifts, a path to grow, and a strong benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) with 6% employer match, paid holidays, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong track record of customer-focused service, teamwork and attention to detail.
• Prior leadership/management experience is a plus.
