Job summary

Uline in Kenosha, WI is hiring a Customer Service Representative to build customer relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service. This on-site role offers training and growth opportunities.

You will process orders, answer product questions, and support customers via phone, email and chat using our world-class technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
