Job summary

Uline in Kenosha, WI is hiring an Overnight Customer Service Representative to handle orders and provide legendary service on-site.

You will process orders, answer product and shipping questions, and build strong customer relationships by phone, email, and chat.

Competitive pay from $29 to $34 per hour with a $4 shift differential, full-time schedules, benefits, and training to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
