Job summary

Uline in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Customer Service Representative to build relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service. You will work on-site at our Kenosha branch and use our world-class technology to handle orders, inquiries and product questions.

This role offers strong training, growth potential and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and a 401(k) with employer matching. Starting pay is $27 to $32 per hour with a $2 shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training will be provided.

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert; we’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
