Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging materials, seeks an Overnight Customer Service Representative in Kenosha, WI. You will build strong customer relationships, provide solutions, and deliver legendary service while working with our advanced tools.

This full-time role offers on-site schedules with weekend options and robust benefits. Training helps you grow while representing a trusted, long-standing company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
