Uline is seeking a Customer Service Management Trainee in Kenosha to develop leadership skills and direct a team of representatives in delivering legendary service. The role offers full-time hours, 24/7 operation with set shifts and a structured training program.

The program emphasizes mastering all aspects of customer service management, coaching staff, and improving procedures. A bachelor’s degree and a strong service mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Strong track record of customer-focused service, teamwork and attention to detail.
• Prior leadership/management experience is a plus.
