Job summary

Inteplast Group is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to verify outbound materials and ensure paperwork is correct by physical inspection. This role requires constant walking in the warehouse and serves as the final checkpoint to support timely delivery to customers.

Responsibilities include monitoring shipments, auditing order accuracy before loading, printing labels and packing lists, and entering data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Qualifications

• Two-year certificate from college or technical school or 0–1 year related experience.
• Ability to read routing guides and carrier documents; write routine reports.
• Basic math skills and ability to enter data using Word, Excel and Outlook.
• SAP experience is preferred for daily use in this position.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the completion of outbound shipments.
• Review opportunities for consolidation of pallets on a shipment.
• Verify/audit accuracy of staged orders prior to releasing orders for loading/shipment.
• Print shipping labels and affix them to their respective pallets.
• Print packing lists and affix them to their respective shipments.
• Enter various data related to shipping documents into the WMS.
