Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in person or by phone to provide information and resolve inquiries or complaints.
• Process requests such as orders, cancellations, and changes to services.
• Provide services related to licenses, registrations, titles, permits, or program eligibility.
• Record and maintain details of customer interactions and actions taken.
• Resolve billing or service issues by processing refunds, exchanges, or bill adjustments.
• Complete forms and service orders using computers.
• Refer unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further investigation.
• Determine service charges, collect payments or deposits, and arrange billing.
• Contact customers regarding inquiries, claim results, or adjustments.
• Use discretion to release information and solve complex customer service issues.
• Conduct research and analyze procedures to resolve customer concerns.

• Pay Rate: $16/hr (W2, all inclusive), Overtime Available
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
• Onsite/Local Candidates Only

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in person or by phone to provide information about products/services and resolve inquiries or complaints.
• Process requests such as orders, account cancellations, and changes to services.
• Provide services related to licenses, registrations, titles, permits, or program eligibility.
• Record and maintain details of customer interactions, transactions, and actions taken.
• Resolve billing or service complaints by processing refunds, exchanges, or bill adjustments.
• Complete and process various forms and service orders using computers.
• Refer unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further investigation.
• Determine service charges, collect payments or deposits, and arrange billing.
• Contact customers regarding inquiries, claim results, or adjustments.
• Use discretion to release information and solve complex customer service issues.
• Conduct research and analyze procedures to resolve customer concerns.
• Handle monetary transactions, reconcile cash, prepare deposits, and transmit funds to bank or state treasurer.

Required Skills

• Prior customer service experience.
• Must pass background check and drug screening (HireRight).
• Must be local and available for in-person interviews and quick start.
