Job Details

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Reports to: Club Manager
Status: Full Time/Part Time/Non-Supervisor/Non-Exempt

Job Summary

Responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet and meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
  • Handle front desk tasks: answer phone calls, take info calls and tours, assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and update member accounts.
  • Facilitate member services issues and questions, forwarding to the appropriate manager as needed.
  • Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
Behavioral Requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding customer needs and wants.
  • Actively listen, empathize, and work collaboratively to resolve issues.
  • Recognize and define problems, analyze information, and seek solutions.
  • Demonstrate tact and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Honesty and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
Physical Demands
  • Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift.
  • Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
