Position Purpose:

Work from Home - Spanish Bilingual Customer Experience Agents are an integral part of the Contact Center team within the Communication & Related Services business unit. This role involves being the primary interface with customers daily through various communication methods and handling routine customer interactions.

This is a fully remote, work-from-home Customer Service opportunity!

Key Job Activities:
  1. Work from Home Customer Service Opportunity.
  2. Handle routine customer care interactions and telephone answering service calls, demonstrating good telephone etiquette, listening skills, and empathy. Communication methods include telephone, e-mail, chat, video, or other channels.
  3. Participate actively in Customer Experience Agent training as a new hire and ongoing for new clients.
  4. Respond to basic customer care/answering service/donor calls based on training guidelines, using scripts or templates. Communication methods include telephone, e-mail, chat, video, or other channels.
  5. Manage multiple client interactions, be cross-trained on different clients, or be assigned to a dedicated client.
  6. Handle tasks such as data collection, order processing, appointment setting, information relay, and electronically connecting clients and callers.
  7. Maintain key performance indicators and acceptable performance levels to support the customer base, adhering to company policies and code of conduct.
  8. Comply with the Work from Home Policy and maintain customer confidentiality, especially regarding HIPAA laws.
  9. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Experience:
  1. High School diploma or GED required.
  2. Relevant Customer Service Experience preferred.
  3. Computer literacy required, with good telephone etiquette skills such as listening and empathy.
  4. Minimum age of 18 years.
  5. Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn the Infinity system and related call center systems.
  6. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  7. Excellent customer service skills, a strong desire to help, and the ability to remain calm under stress.
  8. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  9. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret inquiries critically.
  10. Self-motivation and productivity in an unsupervised environment.
  11. Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up.
  12. Ability to establish good working relationships internally and externally.
