Believe in integrity and building success by developing relationships with others. Here’s Where You Come In We are currently hiring remote agents to join our non-traditional inbound call center. Our Customer Service Representatives are in charge of handling the entire travel insurance experience, from helping to navigate our website and understanding coverage before purchase, to providing emergency assistance during the trip and assisting with claims after returning home. As a member of our team, you will handle incoming calls, emails, chats, and other tasks as part of the overall customer experience. You’re Great At Preferably you have a track record of providing exceptional customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication is a must. Our customers interact with us via chat, phones and email. Our job knowledge requirements include mastering the products we offer on our website and understanding travel insurance benefits. We educate our customers that a higher price doesn’t always equate to a higher quality policy. It is essential that you recommend the least expensive policy that matches a customer’s needs, and we never push a sale. This process of “downselling” is the cornerstone of Squaremouth’s core values and the driving force behind all communication with customers. Strong knowledge of Google Workspace applications is preferred. Here’s What We Offer Pay $17 per hour ( Hourly rate for this position is non-negotiable) Paid lunch break. Monthly internet stipend Biweekly pay schedule Holiday Pay Training Online guided e-learning, mock calls, chats, frequent one-on-one and group video meetings to accompany self training. Initial training is two - three weeks during regular business hours - Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm ET. Scheduled shift hours begin after the successful completion of initial training. Hours Operating hours: 8am to 10pm ET daily. Multiple fixed schedule options available. Full time (40 hours per week) positions available. Must be willing and able to work all shifts including nights, weekends and holidays. Licensing All Squaremouth employees must successfully complete a background check. Licensing may be required for some positions. Skills & Work Requirements Strong customer service and computer skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Attention to detail is imperative. A commitment to go above and beyond. The ability to work independently and in a team. Call call center experience required. Remote/Work From Home experience preferred. Background check - Squaremouth will conduct. Background verification must not inhibit ability to obtain insurance licenses. Insurance experience is a plus, but not required. Equipment and Set-up Requirements Candidate must have reliable internet/wifi Internet connection speed-test required.
