Job summary

Answering Service Care in Miami/Coral Gables, FL is hiring driven customer service agents for full-time and part-time roles. You’ll answer and place calls, take messages, schedule appointments, transfer calls, and support clients via live chat, text, and email.

You’ll keep accurate notes across multiple computer systems and stay calm under pressure. We offer starting pay $16.00 per hour with a raise to $16.50 after four months, weekly bonuses, direct deposit, health and dental coverage for

What you’ll do

• Answer and place calls for clients in many industries, following each client’s script
• Take messages, schedule appointments, collect new customer details, and transfer calls
• Support customers through live chat, text, and email
• Keep accurate notes across multiple computer systems

What we’re looking for
