Answering Service Care in Margate, FL hires for both full-time and part-time agent roles to be the voice for 4,000+ businesses. Starting pay is $16.00/hr with a raise to $16.50/hr at 4 months, plus weekly bonuses and direct deposit.

Responsibilities include answering and routing client calls, taking messages, scheduling, and supporting customers via chat, text, and email across multiple systems. Weekend shifts required.

We are hiring full-time and part-time agents who listen well, stay calm, and enjoy helping people.

What you’ll do

• Answer and place calls for clients in many industries, following each client’s script
• Take messages, schedule appointments, collect new customer details, and transfer calls
• Support customers through live chat, text, and email
• Keep accurate notes across multiple computer systems

What we’re looking for

• Clear, friendly communication, both spoken and written
• Patience and empathy, even when it gets busy
• Strong attention to detail and solid computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office
• Availability for at least one weekend shift required (Saturday or Sunday)

What you’ll get
