Job summary

Answering Service Care in Rocky Mount, NC is hiring an Answering Service Agent to handle calls across various industries. Starting at $15.00 per hour with a raise to $15.50 after four months, plus weekly bonuses and direct deposit.

Both full-time and part-time schedules are available. You will answer and place calls, take messages, schedule appointments, support customers via live chat, text, and email, and keep notes across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Patience and empathy, even when it gets busy.
• Strong attention to detail and solid computer skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office.
• Availability for at least one weekend shift required (Saturday or Sunday).
