Job summary

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing and dynamic team in Honolulu. You will answer member questions about benefits, eligibility, enrollment, claims, billing, and pensions, and work in a fast-paced phone and computer environment with multiple tasks.

Full-time, direct hire with a Monday–Friday day schedule, 8:00am–5:00pm, onsite. Minimum 2 years of customer service experience and excellent communication are required; training provided upon

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Typing speed of 45 WPM or higher.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 10 lbs.
• Experience in health insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer member questions about benefits, eligibility, enrollment, claims, billing, and pensions.
• Work in a fast-paced phone and computer environment, handling several tasks accurately.
• Research information in computer systems and legal plan documents, and explain it clearly to members.
• Stay calm and professional in challenging service situations.
• Learn Trust Partner, Quick Claims, and ADP. Full training is provided.
