Job summary

CR&A Custom Inc. in Los Angeles seeks a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for client requests and to support the sales team through the full order lifecycle.

This is a high-volume, detail-driven role for someone who is organized, calm under deadline pressure, and comfortable coordinating between clients and a production floor. Two years of customer service experience, preferably in printing or signage, and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service, inside sales support, or order entry.
• Printing, signage, or custom manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with ERP/order management software and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound client inquiries by phone and email, routing opportunities to sales.
• Gather job specifications from clients, including size, quantity, substrate, finishing, and delivery dates.
• Prepare quotes and order confirmations, and follow up on outstanding quotes and proof approvals.
• Enter and maintain orders in the ERP system, keeping specifications, pricing, and dates accurate throughout the job.
• Track job status against promised dates and proactively notify clients of any changes.
• Coordinate with production, shipping, and installation teams to confirm job requirements and delivery logistics.
• Handle order changes, reprints, and client complaints, escalating to sales or management as needed.
• Support pre-invoice preparation by confirming that all billable costs and change orders are captured.
• Maintain accurate client records and contact information.

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for incoming client requests and to support our sales team through the full order lifecycle. • Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple active jobs without losing track of details.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
