The position is assigned to our Licensing Division. Duties include:

• Interpret and apply governing statutes, rules, regulations, and policies when providing information to the public, statewide agents, agencies, insurance companies, and education providers
• Process paper and electronic applications and renewals for licensure for business entities and bail agents
• Verify documentation for licenses and penalty fees.
• Communicate with applicants, insurance producers, bail agents, and the public in person as well as by phone and email.
• Review and approve Certificates of Authority appointments and individual license amendments.
• Review and approve continuing education course applications.
• Sort, scan, and index processed paperwork for licensing records
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

Typically requires High School Diploma or equivalent and 3-6 years of experience. Hiring Agency Preferred Qualifications: A high school diploma and 3-6 years of customer service-related experience.
