The individual selected for this position will handle Programmatic Administrative Disqualification Hearings, Administrative Agency Appeal Hearings, and Subgrant Administrative Agency Appeal Hearings. Prepare for and conduct formal administrative hearings for the Mississippi Department of Human Services pursuant to state and federal law. Drafting and issuing legal decisions with factual and legal analysis concerning federal programs. Researching complex legal and policy issues. Review and/or draft policy to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and other policies. Perform other duties as determined necessary by the agency.

Preferred Qualifications
