IU Health Broad Ripple Urgent Care is seeking a patient-focused receptionist to join our front desk team. You will greet visitors, verify information, check-in patients, answer inquiries by phone and email, and coordinate scheduling in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 0–3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This full-time, on-site role offers shift patterns, teamwork with clinicians and a path to professional

• Determines the best method for problem resolution of basic issues, meeting patient/customer needs and organizational guidelines.
• Collaborates with other departments for issue resolutions as necessary.
• Accurately gathers and documents patient/customer information and interactions for database recording and scheduling.
• Processes orders, exchanges, and other service requests.
• Maintains professionalism and a positive attitude in all patient/customer interactions.

SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday 7:45am-8:15pm; Saturday/Sunday 7:45am-6:15pm *36 hours per week, 3 shifts* Every 3 rd weekend rotation & holiday rotation
