Job summary

Us Med- Equip in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Delivery Technician/Customer Service Representative to join our healthcare logistics team. You will load, transport, and service medical equipment for hospital partners.

Responsibilities include driving safely, coordinating with sales, and maintaining equipment in the branch warehouse while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Ability to read/write in English and perform math calculations.
• Able to work unsupervised and across multiple shifts, including on‑call.
• DOT certification/physical may be required.

Job Responsibilities

• Carefully load, secure, and transport life‑saving medical equipment and supplies to support clinicians in healthcare institutions
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles
• Help service, ship, and receive equipment in branch warehouse
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts, listening and responding to their patient and equipment needs
• Maintain a neat appearance, including wearing a company uniform
• Adhere to the operations process, including quality management system standards
• Coordinate daily with local sales representative and other company team members on equipment orders and delivery, planning and support to healthcare partners
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Preferred Education

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record for the past 3 years

• Ability to provide excellent customer service to professionals in the healthcare industry
• Ability to use our company portal daily to manage equipment maintenance orders and deliveries
• Ability to work multiple shifts, including on‑call as needed
