Job summary

US Med-Equip is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Pflugerville to support hospitals by coordinating orders, deliveries, and equipment care. You will work with operations and sales to ensure timely, accurate service and maintain a professional appearance with a US Med-Equip uniform.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work shifts (including on-call), read/write English, and lift up to 75 lbs with occasional 150 lb pushes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Ability to pass a DOT certification/physical.
• Experience providing healthcare industry customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and transport equipment to healthcare institutions.
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles.
• Assist in service, shipping, and receiving in branch warehouse.
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts.
• Maintain appearance, including wearing a company uniform.
• Follow operations process and quality management standards.
• Coordinate with local sales reps on orders, delivery, and planning.
• Participate in business planning and professional development.
• All other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Carefully load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment and supplies to support clinicians in healthcare institutions
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles
• Help service, ship, and receive equipment in branch warehouse
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts, listening and responding to their patient and equipment needs
• Maintain a neat appearance, including wearing a company uniform
• Adhere to the operations process, including quality management system standards
• Coordinate daily with local sales representative and other company team members on equipment orders and delivery, planning and support to healthcare partners
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions
• All other duties as assigned

Preferred Education

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record for the past 3 years
