Job summary

US Med-Equip in Arkansas is seeking a Customer Service Representative to coordinate equipment orders, assist hospital partners, and support sales and operations. You will load and transport equipment, maintain professionalism, and work with a team to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 150 lbs, and a valid driver's license with a safe driving history; DOT certification may be required. On-site position in North Little Rock, AR.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Ability to provide excellent service to healthcare professionals.
• Ability to use the company portal daily to manage orders and deliveries.
• Ability to work multiple shifts, including on-call as needed.
• Able to read/write English and perform basic calculations.
• Able to work unsupervised with strong communication.
• Lift up to 75 lbs. and push/pull up to 150 lbs.
• DOT certification/physical passing may be required.

Job Responsibilities

• Carefully load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment and supplies to support clinicians in healthcare institutions
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles
• Help service, ship, and receive equipment in branch warehouse
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts, listening and responding to their patient and equipment needs
• Maintain a neat appearance, including wearing a company uniform
• Adhere to the operations process, including quality management system standards
• Coordinate daily with local sales representative and other company team members on equipment orders and delivery, planning and support to healthcare partners
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions
• All other duties as assigned
