Job summary

US Med-Equip is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Maryland. You will work with operations and the sales team to ensure excellent service to hospital partners and to coordinate equipment orders, deliveries, and maintenance needs.

You will load, transport and service life-saving equipment, drive company vehicles, and support branch warehouse operations. Strong communication and organization are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record (past 3 years).
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and push/pull up to 150 lbs.
• DOT certification/physical ability required.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment.
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles.
• Assist service, ship, and receive equipment in branch warehouse.
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts.
• Coordinate daily with local sales for orders and deliveries.
• Participate in business planning sessions.
• All other duties as assigned.
