Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Experience Representative at the Hilton Head Island Airport location. You will greet customers, explain rental terms and options, and provide efficient service to ensure a smooth rental and return experience.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work a Wednesday-Sunday schedule. Company benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, and 401k with matching.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Minimum 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms, vehicle features, and optional products.
• Offer directions, maps, and local area information to customers.
• Answer calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions; provide information and issue resolution.
• Place outgoing calls for callbacks and follow-up as needed.
• Assist with assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return and report issues to management.
• Maintain awareness of customer problems and vehicle maintenance needs; communicate with management.
• Pursue on-the-job training and company-sponsored classroom training to improve knowledge and skills.

This Customer Service Representative provides superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offering company approved services and products to provide a positive experience for all customers. This position also facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience.

This position is located at the Hilton Head Island Airport (HHI):120 Beach City Road Hilton Head,SC 29926

This position pays up to $23.96 / hour ($18.20 / hour plus monthly bonus opportunities) based on performance. In a year you can make up to $49,800.

Schedule Available:

• Wednesday- Sunday: 9:00am-6:00pm

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services which includes offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment
• Offer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors
• Place outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
• Notify Management of any known customer problems
• Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
• Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training
