Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Experience Representative at the Lansing Airport location. You will greet customers, explain rental terms, and ensure efficient service throughout the rental process.

You will suggest optional protections, upgrades, and fuel options, answer inquiries, and coordinate with teams to resolve issues. A friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and vehicle features.
• Use company approved sales techniques to determine needs and offer optional protection products and upgrades.
• Offer directions, maps, and local area information to customers.
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions.
• Notify Management of any known customer or vehicle issues and assist with follow-up as needed.
• Pursue training and development opportunities and maintain punctual attendance.

The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Representative (CXR). The Customer Service Representative provides superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offering company approved services and products to provide a positive experience for all customers. This position also facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience.

This position pays $18 / hour and is located at the Lansing Airport - 4100 Capitol City Blvd, Lansing, MI 48906

We have the following schedule available:

• Monday: 12:00pm to 9:00pm
• Tuesday: 12:00pm to 9:00pm
• Wednesday: OFF
• Thursday: OFF
• Friday: 4:30pm to 12:00am
• Saturday: 4:30pm to 12:01am
• Sunday: 12:00pm to 9:00pm

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services
• Use Company approved sales and service techniques to determine customer needs and offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment
• Offer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors
• Place outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assignedAssist to assess condition of rental upon return
• Notify Management of any known customer problems
• Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
• Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training
• Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
