We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative/Head Teller to join our team. This role involves supervising the Teller Unit at an assigned community branch to ensure efficient payment and receiving services. Key responsibilities include managing teller operations, supervising staff, coordinating with other departments, maintaining cash levels, and preparing reports. The role also supports customer service and sales efforts by assisting with account services, cross-selling, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Additionally, the supervisor works with the Branch Executive Officer to set goals, implement strategies, and evaluate staff. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety policies, maintaining communication with management, and handling ancillary duties such as safe deposit services or stepping in as a Teller are also part of the role.
First floor, assigned community office
Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalent, with emphasis on accounting or business.
Skills: Proficient reading, writing, grammar, accounting, analytical, and math skills; moderate computer skills; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lift approximately 50 lbs.; management and supervisory experience; knowledge of bank forms, documents, products, and operating policies.
Experience: At least 2 years in related positions.
