Bally's Corporation is seeking a Slot Attendant to enhance guest experiences at their casino. Responsibilities include managing jackpots, enrolling players in loyalty programs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. The recent acquisition of Aspers Casino in Newcastle, UK, expands its international footprint and enhances its entertainment offerings. Bally's also owns Bally's Interactive International, Bally Bet, and Bally Casino, which are leaders in online and sports betting platforms.
With 10,600 employees, Bally's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games, and 3,800 hotel rooms. The company has rights to develop land in Las Vegas after Tropicana's closure.
Following the merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc., Bally's portfolio will expand to include four additional casinos across three states, including Iowa. The merger will also add over 900 employees, with operations comprising approximately 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms. Bally's will also gain a significant stake in a global lottery business through its investment in Intralot S.A.
The Slot Attendant promotes guest enrollment into the A-Play Club and performs slot-related duties such as identifying jackpots, generating documents via the online system, and answering guest inquiries.
Target salary is $12.50/hour plus tips, totaling up to $25 or more.
