The Role:

The Slot Attendant promotes new guest enrollments into the A-Play Club and performs slot-related duties such as identifying jackpots, generating documents, and answering guest questions.

Responsibilities:

• Pay jackpots and complete paperwork accurately.
• Enroll players into the loyalty program.
• Make minor repairs to slot machines and clear EZ-Pay ticket jams.
• Be knowledgeable about slot machines to assist guests effectively.
• Maintain a currency bank for jackpots and change assistance.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and comfort.
• Communicate regularly with staff and other departments.
• Monitor for underage gambling and report violations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Experience in money handling and guest service preferred.
