Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring for fully remote Call Center Representatives. This contract role supports the busy season and prefers EST hours. Candidates need 2-4 years of recent call center experience and a dedicated quiet workspace to work remotely.

Primary duties include taking calls for delivery and payments and resolving billing and transaction inquiries with strong customer service skills. Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.

TekSystems is currently hiring for FULLY REMOTE Call Center Representatives! This position is FULLY REMOTE however preferably on EST time zone hours.

MUST HAVE: 2-4 years of recent call center experience! Must be able to work remotely (dedicated quiet work space, Wifi, no distractions at home).

Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be taking calls for delivery and payments. This position requires exceptional customer service skills to address service needs, billing, and transaction inquiries via a high volume of inbound calls.

This is a remote, contract position that will support the team during their busiest season.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
