Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to support a team during the busy winter season. This is a fully remote contract position handling billing, payment, delivery, and emergency service inquiries from customers nationwide.

Responsibilities include handling 50+ inbound calls daily, assisting customers with billing, payments, deliveries and emergencies, and documenting interactions accurately.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and basic office technology.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Schedule

• 100% Remote
• Shifts between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST
• Overtime opportunities available, including weekends and storm support
• Must be flexible and available to support business needs during peak periods

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
