TEKsystems is hiring fully remote Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound calls for delivery, payments, and propane services from home in a contract role. Availability Mon-Fri 6am-8pm EST and some weekend shifts are required. The position offers benefits, a focus on customer satisfaction, and potential extension.

Remote, contract engagement during peak season. Ideal candidates communicate effectively, solve problems, and have prior customer service experience.

NOW HIRING FULLY REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS

Must be available Monday-Friday between 6am-8pm EST as well as weekend availability as needed

Day to Day:

• As a Customer Service Representative, you will be taking calls for delivery and payments or propane services.

• This position requires exceptional customer service skills to address service needs, billing, and transaction inquiries via a high volume of inbound calls.

• This is a remote, contract position that will support the team during their busiest season. There is some potential for extension and conversion, but it is more likely to remain a contract position.

This is a Contract position based out of Orlando, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
