Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a remote Customer Support Associate on the East Coast to handle inbound calls about deliveries and service issues. You will work between 8am–8pm EST, with a 6-month contract and potential for permanent hire.

The role requires strong communication and ability to navigate system changes, using MS Teams, Outlook, and Excel to manage inquiries. Flexibility to work holidays (excluding Thanksgiving), background check only, and a comprehensive benefits package may be offered if

Position Details

• Location: Remote (MUST LIVE on East Coast )
• Call Volume: 60120 calls/day depending on demand
• Start Date: 11.30.2026
• Shift: must be flexible to work between 8am-8pm EST
• Pay Rate: $18.50/hr

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls regarding deliveries, service issues, and account inquiries
• Navigate complex situations such as system changes and government subsidy delays
• Maintain professionalism and patience with frustrated or confused customers
• Use Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and other MS applications to manage workflow

Equipment Provided

• Laptop, docking station, keyboard, mouse
• Two monitors, headset
• External camera if needed

Additional Information

• Expectation to work holidays (excluding Thanksgiving this year)
• Compliance requirement: background check only

This is a 6-month contract role, however there is a chance for permanent employment in the future. Benefits if offered a permanent role:

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
