IDN Global, Inc. in San Antonio, TX is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to serve customers by phone and in person, supporting walk-in traffic and counter sales.

You will process orders, provide price and availability information, handle credits, and coordinate with the branch manager and outside sales to grow the local business.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of customer service or sales experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong organizational skills.

Competenze

• 1 to 3 years Customer Service/Sales experience (distribution industry preferred)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate with branch staff and outside sales

Job Description

Based in San Antonio, TX, the individual in this position is responsible for providing superior service to customers throughout the San Antonio area.

Key Working Relationships

The successful candidate will report to the Branch Manager at IDN-San Antonio. The individual will work closely with other staff members and with the local Outside Sales representative.

What You'll Bring

• Locksmith Experience a plus
