Job summary

IDN Global, Inc. in Albuquerque, NM is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent service to customers locally. The role is full-time and on-site, with standard weekday hours, supporting branch operations and collaborating with the outside sales team.

Job Description

Based in Albuquerque, NM, the individual in this position is responsible for providing superior service to customers throughout the Albuquerque area.

Key Working Relationships

The successful candidate will report to the Branch Manager at IDN-Albuquerque . The individual will work closely with other staff members and with the local Outside Sales representative.

What You'll Bring

• Locksmith Experience a plus
• 1 to 3 years Customer Service/Sales experience (distribution industry preferred)
• Strong computer skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)

What You'll Do

• Assisting customers by phone and in person (for walk-in traffic/counter sales)
