Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone and in person (walk-in traffic/counter sales).
• Use the computer system to provide price and availability information.
• Process orders and provide related customer assistance.
• Light Warehouse work (picking, packing, shipping & receiving).
• Process special orders.
• Present monthly promotions.
• Process customer credits.
• Liaise with manufacturers/vendors for factory orders.
• Make outbound calls to grow the local business.
• Work collaboratively with branch staff and outside sales to exceed customer expectations and support growth.
