Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a remote role based in the United States. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer issues, and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring satisfaction in every interaction.

The position requires excellent English communication, proficiency with CRM and VoIP, and strong organizational skills. This is a 100% work-from-home opportunity with paid training and growth potential.

Qualifications

• At least 1-year proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B capacity.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level).
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
• Solid organizational and time management skills.
• Tech savvy & familiar with CRM and VoIP.
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (MS Office).
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (Google Calendar).
• Proactive and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Able to work a graveyard shift.

• Able to work on a graveyard shift

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: US work hours (20-40 hours per week)

Location: This is a remote job

Salary Package (with HMO):

• Entry Level (1-3 years of experience): Up to PHP 31,000
• Intermediate Level (3-5 years of experience): Up to PHP 42,000
• Expert Level (5+ years of experience): Up to PHP 53,000
