Schwartz Heating & Cooling is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our front-office team. You will handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, manage customer data, and assist with front-office tasks in a busy office environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, data-entry accuracy, and coordination with technicians. Prior dispatching in HVAC or home-service sectors is a plus, with a stable Monday–Friday schedule and full-time employment.

• Employment Type: Full-Time

The Opportunity

Schwartz Heating & Cooling is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our front-office team.

This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable on the phone, enjoys helping customers, stays organized in a busy office environment, and can handle multiple administrative responsibilities throughout the day. Previous dispatching experience especially in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another home-service industry is a strong plus.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide friendly, professional service.
• Schedule and coordinate customer appointments.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer information.

• Previous front-office, administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience.

Compensation & Benefits
