The Juris Agency in Moreno Valley, CA is seeking a customer-focused CSR to service existing clients and resolve policy needs. This role involves contacting clients by phone, email, and text to address policy changes, payments, and coverage gaps.

Cross-selling Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance is encouraged. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, are organized, and enjoy assisting customers.

Responsibilities

• Process policy changes and account updates.
• Assist customers with payments and billing.
• Monitor and resolve account alerts.
• Follow up on outstanding documents and policy requirements.
• Provide service by phone, email, and text.
• Document customer interactions and follow-up activities.
• Review existing accounts for coverage gaps and cross-selling opportunities.
• Generate additional insurance quotes for existing clients.
• Support customer retention and account growth.
• Maintain a minimum of 2 hours of talk time per day.
