David Acevedo Insurance Agency is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative in Texas to provide exceptional service to current clients and prospects. You will process policy changes, respond to inquiries, and maintain product knowledge.

Experience in the insurance field is not required but is a plus; training will be provided. The role includes daily hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within the agency.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, daily customer interaction.
• Experience in customer service is beneficial but not required.
• Be coachable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and maintain client relationships with follow-up calls.
• Handle customer service and billing inquiries and assist with policy changes.
• Assist with initiating claim processes and scheduling annual reviews.
• Cross-sell current book of business to grow coverage.
