Job summary

CHARLES E OSBURN II Insurance Agency seeks a highly organized Customer Service Representative to support existing clients by reviewing policy renewals, re-marketing coverage, and ensuring value. You will rewrite policies when a better option is found, process endorsements, and maintain strong client relationships in a casual, team-focused office.

Open to candidates with or without prior insurance experience if they bring excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Preferred: at least 1 year of insurance experience.
• Open to candidates without insurance experience if they have a strong background in customer service, account management, or administrative roles.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.

Responsibilities

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is centered around working with existing clients-reviewing policy renewals, remarketing coverage options, and ensuring each client is getting the best value available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and discuss upcoming policy renewals with clients
