Jason Street - Allegiance Insurance is seeking a Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Administrative Assistant to join our agency. You will provide customer service and administrative support while assisting with policy servicing, documentation, quoting, renewals, and account management.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with clients in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Insurance agency or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to explain insurance information clearly and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced office.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with general policy questions and service needs.
• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Process and review insurance documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Accept and process customer payments.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client files and records.
• Assist producers with prospecting, marketing, quoting, and account servicing.
• Prepare insurance applications, proposals, binders, and other policy documentation.
• Submit applications and supporting documentation to appropriate insurance carriers.
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and coverage-related requests.
• Maintain client and prospect information within the agency's CRM or management system.
• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding documentation, payments, or other account needs.
• Assist with annual policy reviews and remarketing when appropriate.
• Support retention efforts by maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Assist with office organization and maintaining office supply inventory.
• Provide administrative support and assist with additional agency responsibilities as needed.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Account Service & Retention

• Explain policy coverages, exclusions, and available options to clients.
• Document client communications and account activity accurately within the agency management system.
• Review existing policies and identify opportunities to update or improve coverage based on client needs.
• Assist producers with gathering information for renewals, insurance summaries, and proposals.
• Process policy change requests and other account activity.
• Communicate with insurance carriers regarding client accounts when necessary.
• Assist with past-due premium or audit follow-up.
• Help maintain positive, long-term relationships with agency clients.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
• Previous insurance agency or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain insurance information clearly and professionally.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and other office software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling client information.
• Sales and account-retention experience is a plus.
