A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

As a Customer Service Representative, you are one of the first people our customers interact with. You greet customers professionally, answer phone calls, respond to questions, and provide friendly and helpful service throughout the repair process.

You keep customers informed by providing updates on their vehicle repairs. You also communicate with insurance companies and adjusters regarding repair status and claim information.

Throughout the day, you assist with repair paperwork, estimates, invoices, and other documentation. You coordinate vehicle drop-offs, pickups, appointments, and customer communications while maintaining accurate customer and repair records.

You use shop management systems, computers, email, and office software to organize information and support the team. You also work closely with technicians, estimators, and management to help maintain smooth daily operations.

Your professionalism, attention to detail, and communication skills help create a positive experience for our customers during what can be a stressful time.
