Job summary

AUTO 360 Garage in Burlingame, CA is seeking a full-time Auto Estimating Specialist to provide accurate repair cost estimates for our customers. This role requires collaboration with insurance providers to secure fair, transparent pricing and to ensure the customer gets the best value.

You will coordinate with the parts department to order needed items, address customer questions promptly, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience.
• Foundational understanding of insurance guidelines.
• Body shop or automotive experience would be a plus.

AUTO 360 Garage is currently hiring for a full-time Auto Estimating Specialist to provide car repair estimates at our shop in the Burlingame, CA area. This full-time estimator position earns a competitive salary, $75,000 - $85,000/year, depending on experience.

DAY-TO-DAY

As an Auto Estimating Specialist, you work with clients and give them estimates on the cost of their vehicle repairs. You work with insurance directly and ensure that customers get the best deal possible. As needed, you work with the parts department and order the parts needed for repairs. You're great with our customers and promptly handle any concerns or questions they have. Your skills help you build great rapport with each client as well. You feel a great sense of satisfaction using your skills to help our customers get the services they need!
