Job summary

AUTO 360 Garage in Burlingame, CA is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to assist our customers and support daily collision repair operations.

You will greet customers, answer calls, provide updates on repairs, and coordinate with insurance companies and the repair team.

This position requires bilingual English and Spanish, strong communication and organizational skills, and a team-focused attitude. Pay is $25.00–$30.00 per hour for 40 hours weekly, ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.

• Automotive repair, collision repair, or auto body shop experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with repair paperwork, estimates, invoices, and other documentation.
• Coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pickups.
• Schedule appointments and manage customer communications.
• Maintain accurate customer and repair records.
• Use shop management systems and other computer software.
• Work closely with technicians, estimators, and management.
• Use computers, email, and office software confidently.
