Job summary

BearBound Search Partners is seeking a personable client services associate who loves talking to people and solving problems. You will be the main contact for quotes, follow ups, orders, and updates, acting as the bridge between customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include phone and email communication, assembling paperwork, coordinating with warehouse and other departments, and data entry across platforms to keep orders moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Communications, Marketing etc. in lieu of work experience
