The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for residential and commercial customers of a gas and electric utility company. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing account inquiries, processing service requests, resolving billing concerns, and providing information about utility services, programs, and policies. Representatives deliver professional, accurate, and timely support while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Process requests for new service connections, transfers, disconnections, and account updates. Troubleshoot basic service issues and coordinate with field operations when necessary.
